Okay, so my tumblr here has been a little slow lately. But that’s because I’m working on a new project. A webcomic called “Fruitlands” ..(thank you Charlie) that has really been taking up all of my creative head space lately. It’s juuuuuuuuuust starting out, but I’m really excited about it. Well, the world will be happy to know that, with the changes to Netflix, we are only getting streams. Not a problem, in fact , “awesome”! BUT because for a looong time it was sort of a community netflix account, (when I was single and lived with many men) …my instant queue would …occasionally have some …”zingers” in there.
So, to make a dumb story longer and more stupid. .. because we forgot to send back the remaining dvd’s that were in our possession, I AM THE PROUD FREAKING OWNER OF TURNER AND DAMN HOOCH!!! UUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHH.
So still cutting y teeth on painting vs. cel shading. I can see tons of things “wrong” with it, but I think it’s cool all the same. Got big-time inspired by Robert Burden, he’s a hoss and I adore the ideas. Check him out fo sho.
Saw Larry Porter and the Deadly Hello’s last night. AMAZIN’ ..I really think they nailed the tone. I was pretty nervous about it, some of my favorite things in the whole series go down at the end and I’m really happy about how they pulled it off.
Vacation recap Uno: The oceaning
So we are back!! Kicking out jams both this way AND thither! That’s both ways! So I’ve never been on a cruise before, and I would certainly suggest it. There is nothing that makes a man feel comforted like knowing he can have as many buffalo wings as he wants, when ever he wants. It’s like being a REAL boy, but with eating unlimited wings. They are practically the same. OKAY ON TO BRASS TACKS.
So it was a Caribbean cruise, which is basically just a term that means, not Moscow. And seeing as how it wasn’t the former socialist republic, that means that at the ports, they will specialize in offering statues of the Predator.

When I think “Mexico” I think, “Why did I just think the word “Mexico” ??” But then I ALSO think “PREDATOR STATUES”!!!
